Extended Paper Publication Guidelines

The Extended Paper Guidelines is applicable to all the conferences, organized or co-sponsored by the IDES or third party; whose extended paper would like to publish in the Journals. The keywords of the extended paper shall be considered and published in the Journals of the respective field. Extended Paper publication in the Journals is applicable to accepted, registered and presented papers in a conference recognised by the IDES. The guidelines/procedure under the extended paper publication is as follows.

Review Procedure

Step A: The papers shall further hard & blind (manual and softwre) review before it is accepted for Extended Paper Category. The Journal Executive Editor will inform the authors regarding the acceptance of the papers referred to the journals within one month of the conference.

Step B: Authors have to substantially study and extend the research work, to upgrade and include more concrete proposed system and results & discussion, with a change in title and 60-70% of the content. The extended paper has to be submitted within three months after the acceptance of the paper (to the journal) is announced. If NO extension of the research work is possible, then the conference paper cannot be published under extended paper category.

Step C: The submitted final Camera Ready Paper of the extended paper will be further soft reviewed (Content Review & Technical Review) and informed the acceptance within 15+30 days of the STEP B completes. The editor shall inform the authors, if any modification (on the content and techncial) is to be made on the submitted CRP paper.

Step D: On acceptance of the final Camera Ready Paper of the extended paper, the authors may complete registration process, within one month, in order to appear in the forthcoming issue of the Journals.

Registration Procedure

Once your final Camera Ready Paper of the extended paper is accepted the registration for publication phase begins. You have to complete the following FOUR steps.

Step 1 - Publication Fee

It is mandatory that at least one author of an accepted paper may register in order for the paper to appear in the Journal Issue. If an author has got more than one accepted papers, only one paper can be registered for a issue; other papers can be considered for the forthcoming issues. Registration Fee includes Typesetting, Publishing and adminitrative expense.

NOTE: The conversion rate shall be calculated against the conversion rate of the day of the amount transfer. For any transaction, Bank Charge and Service Tax is beared by the sender; add 13% of the total amount transferred as the Service Fees. The Journal payment option link can be reached here; please mention the paper id at the payment subject.

Step 2 - Copyright Transfer

All Authors have to sign (for their individual paper) electronics Copyright Transfer Form. The SAP copyright form is, available at PDF

Step 3 - Camera Ready Paper Submission

All the camera ready papers must be submitted as DOC or DOCX in MS WORD file format only (PDF is NOT accepted); in accordance with the standard SAP format. Camera Ready paper must follow the common template for journals. The SAP’s guidelines, available at DOC

Step 4 - Registration

IDES Journal Registration Form can be downloaded, filled and send along with the scanned copy of the proof of payments to admin @ theides.org

REFUND POLICY: By default, ALL THE PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. "No-shows" or “Extra-Page Payment” or “Excess Payment” or “Additional Payment” are not refundable and liable; and will be considered as the donations. But under the genuine consideration of refund request not later than 2 days prior to the Registration Closing date shall be processed with the applicable cancellation fee. All refund e-mail requests must be submitted to admin @ theides.org.  Request for refunds postmarked after the Registration Closing date will not be accepted.
